Scope. By creating an account or using Callia (the "Service"), operated by the data controller identified in this document, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Callia is a software-as-a-service platform that lets you configure AI-assisted voice agents and place or orchestrate phone calls (or other channels we enable) according to your settings. Features depend on your plan and technical availability.
You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. The Service is primarily intended for businesses and professionals (B2B).
You will not use the Service for unlawful purposes, for unsolicited bulk communications that violate applicable law (including telecom and consumer rules), or to impersonate others. You must obtain authorizations, consents, and legal bases required where you contact individuals (e.g. data protection, do-not-call lists, recording consent).
You retain ownership of data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and use that data only to provide the Service, protect security, and comply with law.
Our software, brand, and materials are protected. You receive only the rights of use under your subscription.
Fees follow your plan and enabled payment methods (e.g. Stripe). Minutes or other limits may apply as shown in the app. Non-payment may lead to suspension. Plans include standard regional telephony costs; for destinations with exceptionally high termination costs, we may apply a variable per-minute adjustment or a weighting of minute consumption, as disclosed in the platform. Fee changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance and apply only to future billing cycles; the current price of an active subscription is preserved for as long as the subscription remains uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is"; we do not guarantee specific business outcomes or uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
You may stop using the Service. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach.
These terms are governed by applicable law as stated by the operator. Privacy requests: see the Privacy policy.
